The Personnel Function
Course Ref No: AJ22QQ001

It's people that make businesses and other organisations function, so how can the right people be recruited, trained, developed and motivated to add value and give their best to the organisation that employs them or with which they are involved? This is what the personnel function or human resources function is all about. Many businesses carry out this function without the involvement of specialists, only using these people when there is a problem, e.g involving performance issues, or the effect of the latest employment regulations.
